What We Did

The Portsmouth Museums Foundation works to generate private and public funds for the Children’s Museum of Virginia, and to serve as a receiving agent for funds benefiting all of Portsmouth’s City museums and related projects, in partnership with the City of Portsmouth.

Their old site was outdated, not mobile friendly, and did not provide an easy way to raise funds online.

We created a site that is modern and beautiful and also reflects a color scheme that seems to be a grown-up version of the colors used on the website for the Children’s Museum of Virginia, subtly tying the two sites together.

We made it easy for donors to find different ways to support the museums as well as registering for and sponsoring fundraising events.
